What It Does

Clear film built for harsh sunlight

Headlight protection film is a durable, optically clear urethane layer applied directly to your headlight and fog-light lenses. It guards against rock chips and road debris while blocking the UV rays that cause plastic lenses to yellow, haze and cloud over time, preserving your factory optics and light output.

In Cave Creek's intense sun and desert conditions, unprotected lenses degrade faster. Our film keeps them transparent and effective, so your lights work as the manufacturer intended.

Why Your Lenses Matter

Cloudy lenses are a safety issue

Hazy or yellowed headlights reduce visibility, dim your light output and look aged. Protective film stops the damage before it starts.

UV protection barrier

Blocks harmful ultraviolet rays that oxidize and cloud plastic lens material over time.

Rock and debris shield

Absorbs impacts from small rocks and road particles that would otherwise pit or crack the lens.

Stays optically clear

The film is transparent and doesn't distort light output or lens appearance.

Preserves factory brightness

Keeps your original light output sharp, so headlights work at full effectiveness.

Desert-tested durability

Built to handle Arizona sun, dust storms and temperature swings without yellowing or peeling.

Easy maintenance

Wash and wax your headlights just like the rest of your vehicle with no special care needed.

Installation Process

Expert application for perfect clarity

Every headlight is protected in our controlled bay by trained specialists.

Clean and prepare

Lenses are washed, dried and inspected for any cracks or moisture before film application begins.

Cut to fit

Film is precisely cut to match your specific headlight shape with no trimming needed on the actual lens.

Careful application

Film is applied wet and smoothed to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles, with edges sealed at the lens perimeter.

Cure and test

Film bonds fully over several hours. We inspect for clarity and function before you drive.

Common Questions

Headlight protection, answered

Will headlight film turn yellow in the Arizona sun?
No. The film itself is UV-stable and won't yellow. It's designed to protect your lens from the oxidation that causes yellowing, so your lights stay clear.
Can I wash my headlights normally after film is applied?
Yes. Treat your protected headlights just like any other surface, wash with soap and water, and wax them as you normally would.
Does the film affect how bright my headlights are?
No. The film is optically clear and doesn't reduce light output or change beam pattern. Your lights work exactly as designed.
What if a rock chips the film instead of my lens?
The film takes the impact and protects the lens underneath. Minor chips in the film don't affect clarity. You can have the film replaced if needed.
